InspectEquip™ ("the App") is a software application operated by Vortech Mechanical Services Pty Ltd (ACN 655 628 050), an Australian registered company.
InspectEquip is an inspection recording, documentation, and reporting tool only. The App does not provide mechanical, engineering, legal, compliance, or safety advice.
All information, reports, checklists, templates, records, and other outputs generated by the App are provided for informational and record-keeping purposes only.
Users must not rely on the App or any report generated by the App as a substitute for independent professional judgment, inspection, assessment, or verification. Use of the App is at the user’s sole risk.
The App does not:
Any inspection checklists, templates, item lists, prompts, or sample content provided within InspectEquip are general reference tools only and are provided for convenience.

Users are solely responsible for determining whether any template or checklist is appropriate for their intended use and for adding, removing, modifying, or verifying inspection items as required.
Vortech Mechanical Services Pty Ltd accepts no responsibility for inspection items that are omitted, incomplete, unchecked, inaccurate, or not included within the App or any template.
All inspections, observations, comments, photographs, findings, conclusions, and reports created using InspectEquip are based entirely on information entered, selected, or recorded by the user.
Users remain fully and solely responsible for:
InspectEquip does not independently inspect, verify, validate, monitor, test, or confirm any asset, condition, defect, finding, or user-entered information.
Reports, checklists, and records generated by the App do not constitute:

Any report generated by the App reflects only the information recorded by the user at the time of inspection and must not be interpreted as a guarantee, warranty, representation, or certification of present or future condition, safety, compliance, or fitness for purpose.
The App may store data locally on the user’s device and may use limited third-party services for functions such as subscription or licence verification.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, continued availability, or the accuracy, completeness, security, integrity, preservation, or recoverability of any data stored, entered, displayed, or generated through the App.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for:

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties, guarantees, representations, or conditions of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vortech Mechanical Services Pty Ltd excludes all liability for any loss, damage, cost, expense, claim, injury, liability, or consequence of any kind, whether direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, financial, commercial, mechanical, operational, regulatory, or safety-related, arising out of or in connection with:
Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
To the extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the App is limited to the amount paid by the user for use of the App in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in this Disclaimer excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law, including the Australian Consumer Law.
